1. Introduction
Welcome to Alibit.store ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Important Notice: We are an independent intermediary service. We are not affiliated with Alibaba Group or AliExpress.
KYC/AML Reservation: While we prioritize privacy, we reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious to comply with anti-money laundering laws.
2. Description of Service & Fees
Alibit.store acts strictly as a purchasing agent. We facilitate the conversion of your cryptocurrency into fiat currency to purchase goods on your behalf.
2.1. Service Fees
The prices listed on Alibit.store include a service fee (markup) added to the original AliExpress price. This fee covers our operational costs, crypto-to-fiat conversion risks, and platform maintenance. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this pricing structure.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments
3.1. Volatility & Rate Locking
The exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes after you generate an invoice.
Expired Payments: If a payment arrives after the 30-minute window, we reserve the right to either: (a) process the order at the new market rate, potentially requiring additional funds, or (b) issue a refund minus network transaction fees.
3.2. Network Choice
You must send funds on the exact network specified (e.g., ERC20 vs TRC20). Sending funds to the wrong network or address will result in permanent loss. We are technically unable to recover these funds.
4. Ordering and Shipping
4.1. Customs & Import Tax
Goods are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any customs fees or taxes are your sole responsibility.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Disputes
Refunds are only issued if and when we receive the funds back from the AliExpress supplier. We cannot refund orders that are "in transit" or stuck in customs.
6. Prohibited Items & Sanctions
We do not service users in jurisdictions sanctioned by the OFAC or the EU. We will not purchase items that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alibit.store is provided "as is". We are not liable for: (1) manufacturing defects, (2) shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, or (3) loss of crypto value due to market fluctuations during the refund process.
8. Governing Law
